As Manager, Talent Solutions, you will run a full desk practice with a consultative approach, partnering closely with clients to deliver strategic talent solutions that drive real business impact. Key Responsibilities:
Client Advisory & Business Development
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership teams, providing market intelligence and strategic hiring recommendations.

  • Build and deepen long-term client relationships through consultative selling and solution-driven conversations.

  • Identify new business opportunities and structure of service agreements that align with each client's unique needs and growth objectives.

Executive Search & Candidate Engagement
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for executive-level roles, from sourcing and assessment to offer negotiation and onboarding.

  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience grounded in confidentiality, transparency, and professionalism at every stage.

  • Present candidates with detailed evaluations that speak to cultural alignment, leadership competencies, and long-term fit.

Leadership & Desk Management
  • Own both sides of the desk: driving revenue through client acquisition and successful placements.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and performance metrics across ATS and CRM platforms.

  • Stay current on industry trends to provide clients with timely and actionable market insights.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.

  • 5+ years in executive recruiting or full desk recruiting, with proven success in consultative sales.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
  • Strong business development and relationship management expertise.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and advisory skills.

  • Proficiency in recruitment technology and market research tools.
