POSITION SUMMARY:
The Regional Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive, data-driven talent acquisition strategy to attract, engage, and hire high-quality, diverse talent across Majestic Care Management. This role serves as a strategic partner to regional and community leadership, proactively aligning workforce planning with business objectives to ensure optimal staffing levels, improved retention, and build pipelines for the future of Majestic Care communities.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Partner with regional and community leaders to develop workforce and hiring plans aligned with census, acuity, and growth initiatives.
  • Provide consultative guidance on hiring strategies, labor trends, and talent market conditions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on hiring decisions, candidate selection, and workforce challenges.
  • Lead innovative sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, digital platforms, and community outreach.
  • Develop and maintain networks of passive candidates and future hires.
  • Oversee and ensure execution of full-cycle recruiting processes across the assigned region.
  • Screen and interview management-level candidates; guide leaders on best practices for selection.
  • Oversee high-volume recruiting processes for clinical roles, ensuring efficiency and consistency
  • Execute local and regional employer branding initiatives to increase candidate engagement and awareness.
  • Represent the organization at job fairs, community events, and healthcare training programs.
  • Build and manage partnerships with schools, workforce development programs, and community organizations.
  • Ensure the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is consistently updated, compliant, and effectively utilized.
  • Monitor candidate experience to ensure timely communication and a positive hiring journey.
  • Manage job postings, requisitions, and workflow accuracy across assigned communities.
  • Track and analyze key metrics including Time-to-fill, Source of hire, Offer acceptance rate, Turnover and non-start rates
  • Use labor data (vacancies, overtime, variances) to identify trends and implement proactive solutions.
  • Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to leadership.
  • Lead or participate in staffing calls with community leaders to review: turnover trends, hiring pipeline, interview outcomes, non-starts, and retention risks
  • Train and hold community team members accountable for: ATS usage, Recruitment processes, Staffing documentation and reporting
  • Onboard HR CTM's remotely, including all pre-hire screenings.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting workflows and improve hiring efficiency.
  • Support initiatives to reduce vacancies, agency usage, and overtime costs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and healthcare hiring regulations.

Required/Desired Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in long-term care.
  • Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR Databases.
  • Good team-management and communication abilities.
  • The ability to foster long-term relationships with every type of candidate and leader.
  • Associate degree in human resources or related field, BS preferred.

This position is Hybrid and will be required to work out of our Westfield, IN office 4 days a week.
