Job Description:

As the regional talent management partner, you will have responsibility for regional talent management solutions delivery, including needs identification and delivery of any required local solutions in conjunction with the Manager, Talent Management. This role will partner closely with HRBPs to understand needs and translate delivery support requirements with the Max Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the regional delivery of performance management, succession planning and talent review processes, facilitating within the HCM.
  • Support the connection of regional activities to enterprise-wide talent initiatives, building the global enterprise mindset.
  • Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with all appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supports program enhancement by making recommendations for modification on design and content based on talent data.
  • Support regional business leaders with HiPo identification, leadership readiness evaluation and pinpointing critical roles.
  • Assists with measurement and evaluation of talent solutions at the regional level to drive global excellence.
  • Assists in the planning, testing and implementation of new applications, systems, processes and/or procedures.
  • Market and drive usage of internal development practices and offerings.
  • Partners with the business and internal marketplace partner to identify regional talent for internal opportunities.

Key Performance Measures:

  • Established reputation as a valued talent management advisor with strong interpersonal and inter-departmental relationships.
  • Employee engagement measures related to talent are tracked at the regional level, and trending positively.
  • Regional stakeholder satisfaction with talent program delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial and organizational psychology, psychology, human resources, management, or related field OR equivalent experience or a mix of education and experience.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of learning and development, human resources, talent management or similar comparable experience. Experience including manufacturing, engineering, preferred.
  • Talent, Performance, and Succession Planning partnership experience required
  • Ability to learn and use new software quickly.
  • Experience in effective building and maintaining of strong and productive relationships with a variety of people
  • Experience in facilitating collaboration, support, and buy-in from a variety of stakeholders.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, demonstrating a high level of interpersonal aptitude.
