  • Conduct thorough workplace investigations and prepare required reports.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to support companywide programs and share best practices.
  • Support company wide employee events in partnership with the Employee Experience team.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to streamline recruiting and hiring strategies for dealership operations.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5-8 years of Human Resources experience (generalist or HRBP), preferably supporting multisite or operational environments.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Experience with HRIS and onboarding systems (ADP preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, relationshipbuilding, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly within a 45mile radius to support dealership locations.
  • Strong timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decisions.
  • Ability to work independently with flexibility to adapt to shifting operational needs.
  • MUST have a valid driver’s license with a CLEAN record.
