We are looking for a talented Human Resources Business Partner - Human Resources to join our team specializing in Human Resources for Cummins Inc. in Columbus, IN.

Additional Responsibilities:

This role will serve as a strategic HR Business Partner to six members of the HR Leadership Team (HRLT), who collectively lead HRBP teams supporting the company's businesses and functions.

In addition, this HRBP will: 

  • Serve as a key member of the HR for HR team, partnering across the HR function to advance talent priorities and an optimal HR Operating Model.
  • Lead ad hoc strategic projects that span the HR function, partnering across teams and disciplines to drive alignment and results.
  • Partner with leaders to develop and execute change management strategies that enable successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
  • Preferred location: Indianapolis or Southern Indiana.
