About the Role

The Talent Acquisition internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world recruiting experience and contribute to a variety of impactful projects. The TA Intern will work alongside our TA team on core initiatives related to candidate sourcing, early career recruiting, interview scheduling, and providing quality candidate experience. This position is ideal for individuals seeking a dynamic learning experience in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participate in planning for the Fall Campus Recruiting Season, including coordinating logistics and supporting communications.
  • Create TA focused content and materials used to recruit new talent.
  • Assist in candidate interview scheduling.
  • Source candidates for various roles utilizing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Workable ATS.
  • Update and maintain the internal TA website for the firm as needed.
  • Work on special TA projects as needed.
  • Able to work no more than 20hrs a week in our Raleigh office.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree (ideally in their junior or senior year) in business, human resources, communications, marketing, or psychology.
  • Previous work experience in a professional services firm is a plus.

Essential Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team setting.

Software & Tools

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software.
  • Experience working with AI systems such as ChatGPT.
  • Experience working with HR systems a plus!ย 
  • Survey and design tools (e.g., Canva, Forms)
  • SharePoint (preferred but not required)
