Apartment Leasing Consultant – Fishers, IN (Temp-to-Hire!)

Ready to take your leasing career to the next level? Career Strategies is looking for a high-energy Apartment Leasing Consultant to join a thriving apartment community in Fishers, IN. If you love working with people, have a knack for sales, and enjoy helping others find the perfect home — this is the job for you!

Position: Apartment Leasing Consultant
Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Type: Temp-to-Hire (with growth potential!)

What You’ll Be Doing:

✨ Showcasing apartments and turning prospects into happy residents
✨ Building strong relationships with residents and ensuring top-notch service
✨ Handling calls, emails, and administrative tasks with ease
✨ Supporting the property management team with resident and vendor relations

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Previous apartment leasing experience preferred
Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish a plus!)
✔ Outgoing, positive, and professional personality
✔ Strong sales and customer service background
✔ Organized multitasker with great computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
