Pay & Incentives:

  • $12-15/hour base pay.
  • Uncapped bonuses, including:
    • $10 for every lead that becomes a quoted household.
    • $20 for self-generated or personal-network quotes.
    • $5 for every event-generated lead that is quoted.
  • Top interns earn significantly more based on effort and results.

What Youll Do:

  • Attending team community events.
  • Talk with prospects to uncover needs.
  • Contact existing customers for:
    • For appointments.
    • Referrals.
    • Reviews.
  • Build our digital agency through social media and other platforms.
