Are you looking for a CAREER not just a job? We may have just what your looking for! American Senior Benefits is looking for individuals that wish to have just that! We specialize in training and developing successful Career Agents. We have an office in Omaha and in Lincoln. We are able to work all of Nebraska and the surrounding areas with out being captive within a territory. We work mostly with the senior market, although we can work with any age group. Within the senior market we guide them through their retirement planning process with regard to Medicare options, Life Insurance needs as well as Investment options. Our agents are required to become licensed in Life and Health Insurance for their resident state. If they choose to do so they may become licensed in a few non-resident states. We assist you in becoming licensed by providing you with the study materials needed to begin this process and guide you through the entire procedure. Our primary focus in finding a good candidate for this career opportunity is to find someone that doesn't necessarily have a background in sales; but someone that has a strong background in customer service, has strong communication skills, must be a go-getter, be self-disciplined, passionate about helping others, be a team player and have the ability to guide others through our changing healthcare system. Having these qualifications will be necessary, the rest of the skills will be taught by us during our training process.
