Are you ready to break out of the 9-to-5 rat race, build your own income, and truly own your time? We are looking for a driven, bilingual Health & Life Insurance Agent to connect directly with members of our local community right where they shop.

Operating out of an engaging table setup in a busy local grocery store, you will educate, guide, and help individuals and families navigate their health and life insurance options. This is a unique opportunity to receive hands-on training and direct mentorship from an industry expert with 24 years of experience as an independent agent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Community Engagement: Staff a high-traffic informational table at local grocery store locations to engage shoppers in a friendly, approachable manner.
  • Needs Assessment & Education: Speak with community members to understand their coverage needs and educate them on health and life insurance options.
  • Lead Generation & Sales: Consult with prospects, gather required information, write policies, and build your client portfolio.
  • Bilingual Communication: Provide seamless support and clear guidance to English- and Spanish-speaking clients.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in direct training and mentorship sessions to master product offerings, client retention strategies, and independent agency operations.

Qualifications

  • Active License: Must possess an active State Health and Life Insurance License in the State of Texas.
  • Bilingual Required: Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) to effectively serve our diverse community.
  • Self-Motivated & Driven: Comfortable working independently in an environment where your income reflects your effort.
