Bi-Lingual Spanish Life Insurance Agent – Johns Agency LLC

Product Focus:
  • Mortgage Protection (Term & Guaranteed Issue Whole Life)
  • Final Expense
  • Whole Life & IUL (Index Universal Life)

Primary offering: Mortgage Protection Insurance — financial protection that ensures families never lose their home due to death or critical illness.
This may include:
  • Replacement of 2 to 10 years of mortgage or lease payments, or
  • Paying off the entire balance of the mortgage to protect the family home.
Responsibilities:
  • Calculate needed coverages and present payment options.
  • Build collaborative relationships with prospects through networking, member lists, outbound calling, and referrals.
  • Recommend customized risk management strategies to fit each client’s needs.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to new business.
  • Clearly explain the advantages and disadvantages of each policy.
  • Implement marketing strategies to stay competitive.
  • Answer client questions and resolve insurance-related concerns.

Requirements:
  • Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) – required
  • Life/Health license – required
  • 1–3 years’ experience in insurance sales.
  • Strong knowledge of Term, Whole Life, IUL, and Final Expense products.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in insurance management systems.
  • Self-motivated with the grit to succeed in a high-activity sales role.
This Role Is Not for You If:
  • You’re uncomfortable with outbound calling and follow-up.
  • You’re not prepared for the discipline and execution required in daily sales activity.
Compensation Overview:
  • Base Compensation (Salary): $2,500 – $3,000/month (contingent on meeting minimum production)
  • Commission: Competitive, uncapped — you write it, you earn it
