With our anticipated growth, we're searching for a passionate Talent Acquisition Lead to join and grow with our team.
Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic, forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Lead to build and scale a world-class corporate talent acquisition function that enables our next stage of growth. This leader will be responsible for developing a proactive, data-driven recruiting organization that attracts exceptional talent, strengthens our employer brand, and creates sustainable talent pipelines and processes across all business functions. Initially, you will be the Talent Acquisition team, personally leading end-to-end recruiting across the business while building the foundation for a scalable Talent Acquisition function.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, delivering both high-volume hiring initiatives and niche, hard-to-fill searches across the business., building scalable recruiting capabilities, modern sourcing approaches, and market-specific hiring strategies. This role will serve as a key partner to the leadership team, helping ensure the company is recognized as a premier employer of choice while delivering top talent across critical business areas including Engineering, Product, Technology, and other high-impact functions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the company's talent acquisition strategy to support growth and workforce planning.
  • Build and scale the Talent Acquisition function, with the opportunity to hire and lead a team as the business grows.
  • Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and deliver talent solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Create and maintain proactive pipelines of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies for critical and technical roles, including Engineering, Product, and Technology.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives that position the company as a premier employer of choice.
  • Drive programs that enhance candidate attraction, engagement, and overall candidate experience.
  • Develop go-to-market talent acquisition strategies for new markets and business expansion initiatives.
  • Build and manage university recruiting, internship, and early-career talent programs.
  • Leverage recruiting technology, market intelligence, and workforce data to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Establish metrics and reporting to drive efficiency, quality of hire, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualification:
  • 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience in a start-up, fast pace environment.
  • Proven experience building and scaling talent acquisition functions in high-growth or rapidly evolving organizations.
  • Proven success personally leading end-to-end recruiting and sourcing across technical and business functions.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for technical and business-critical roles, including Engineering, Product, and Technology functions.
  • Experience developing employer branding and talent marketing strategies.
  • Track record of building proactive sourcing programs and passive candidate pipelines.
  • Experience leading recruiting teams and implementing recruiting technologies and process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting multi-market or geographic expansion initiatives.
  • Experience building university recruiting and early-career talent programs.
  • Experience leveraging AI, automation, and advanced recruiting technologies.
  • Background in fast pace, technology, operations, product-led, or innovation-driven organizations.
