Job description

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse and shipping operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor scheduled shipment dates and help ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Prepare and process shipping and receiving paperwork.
  • Communicate shipment updates, delays, and discrepancies.
  • Load, unload, transport, and store materials using a forklift or pallet jack.
  • Sort and deliver materials to the correct departments.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
  • Assist with resolving shipping, receiving, and invoicing issues.
  • Use computers, Microsoft Excel, and warehouse systems to enter and track information.
  • Follow all warehouse and safety procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous shipping/receiving and warehouse experience.
  • Forklift experience is required.
  • Experience with loading, unloading, inventory, and material handling.
  • Comfortable completing paperwork and using a computer.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Must be able to communicate in English.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
