Follow established Navy procedures, safety requirements, and program-specific standard operating procedures while supporting fleet activities.

Reporting & Communication:

Prepare technical reports, quick-look assessments, suitability evaluations, after-action reports, SITREPs, and other program documentation.

Present technical findings and recommendations to government customers and project teams.

Participate in technical reviews, planning meetings, and integrated product teams.

Provide regular project status updates and communicate technical issues clearly to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

This position supports high-visibility Navy programs including the Aegis Weapon System, Ballistic Missile Defense, Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) Seaframe and Mission Modules, DDG 1000, and U.S. Coast Guard combat systems through engineering assessments, fleet event participation, logistics and supportability analysis, and technical performance evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze fleet performance data using established government tools and processes to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Develop charts, graphs, dashboards, and other visual products to communicate technical findings to government stakeholders.

Hands-on operational or maintenance experience with the Aegis Combat System, Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD), Littoral Combat Ship (LCS), or other modern Navy combat systems.

Working knowledge of Navy maintenance practices, operational procedures, and shipboard environments.

Ability to analyze technical and operational data and communicate findings through written reports and verbal presentations.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance (active clearance preferred).
