Job description

Job Title:        Clerical / District Support Temporary                      Wage/Hour Status:  Temporary
Reports to:     Director/Campus Principal                             Pay Grade:                 $18 hourly
Dept./School:  TBD                                                               Date Revised:          April 7, 2025
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
This temporary clerical position offers individuals the opportunity to support key departments within the district, including Administration, Curriculum & Instruction, Operations, or Student Services. Temporary workers will assist with a range of tasks, contribute to ongoing projects, and help ensure the smooth operation of district activities as necessary. We are seeking reliable, motivated, and enthusiastic individuals who are eager to help make a positive impact on our school community. Positions are available across multiple departments, with specific duties varying based on departmental needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
       Education/Certification 









  • High school diploma or GED      
      Special Knowledge/Skills:  
  •   Excellent interpersonal skills
  •   Good verbal and written communication skills
       Preferred Experience: 
  • None
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:  
  1. Temporary workers will assist with a range of tasks,
  2. Contribute to ongoing projects, and
  3. Help ensure the smooth operation of district activities during the summer months.
  4. Maintain confidentiality.
Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors: 

Tools/Equipment Used: Industrial size shredder; standard office equipment including computer and peripherals;
Posture: Frequent standing, kneeling/squatting, bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, and twisting 

Motion: Repetitive hand motions; frequent keyboarding and use of mouse; frequent walking, climbing ladders; grasping/squeezing, wrist flexion/extension, and overhead reaching; frequent driving 
Lifting: Heavy lifting and carrying (45 pounds and over) on a daily basis 
Environment: frequent exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures, dust, noise, and vibration; work around moving objects; may work alone; occasional prolonged or irregular hours
