Position Title: Clerical Staff & Summer Camp Facilitator
Location: Miami Beach
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a Clerical Staff & Summer Camp Facilitator. This hybrid role involves supporting office operations with clerical tasks and assisting in the coordination of summer camp activities.
Responsibilities:
Organize, scan, and file documents accurately and efficiently
Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, copying, and document preparation
Support front desk and administrative tasks as needed
Assist with the daily supervision and engagement of children in summer camp activities
Help facilitate games, arts and crafts, and educational activities
Ensure a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all campers
Communicate professionally with staff, children, and parents
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience in clerical work and/or working with children is preferred
Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
