Job Description

SuccessFactors HR consultant (IND)
The SuccessFactors HR Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables; particularly in the SuccessFactors BizX Talent Modules, including Goals, Performance, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, Succession, Workforce Planning and Analytics. This includes implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of SuccessFactors BizX applications. The consultant will configure SuccessFactors BizX modules, as well as assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of SuccessFactors HR application solutions. The consult ant will be responsible for assisting clients in comparison of SAP HCM application solutions and SuccessFactors HR application solutions and making recommendations as to the best-fit for the client's needs. The consultant will be responsible for having knowledge of and understanding of the integration between SAP and SuccessFactors and the future strategic direction of the application roadmap. A consultant in this area will also be responsible for understanding and developing business process requirements with a client that utilize SuccessFactors HR modules to support business needs. The consultant will also be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development & performance measurement. He/she will provide functional knowledge & manage client relationships within context of individual role. Position requires 100% travel
This role assists clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions. They use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients' business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.
As the majority of our work is performed at client sites with significant travel required, applicants must live near major metropolitan airports.

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Basic knowledge in SAP HCM
  • At least 1 year experience in SuccessFactors BizX solution
  • At least 1 year experience in SuccessFactors BizX Full lifecycle implementations
  • At least 1 year experience in HR business process design and development
  • Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
  • English: Fluent


Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5 years experience in SuccessFactors BizX solution
  • At least 5 years experience in SuccessFactors BizX Full lifecycle implementations
  • At least 5 years experience in HR business process design and development
