  • Pay Range: $60K-$70K per year

Position Summary:
The Customer Success Associate is a leadership-track role to focus on student success in math achievement. Gain hands-on experience in operations, customer service, team coordination, and business development. No advanced math knowledge required; we will provide full training.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Enrollment & Customer Service:
    • Handle enrollment calls, schedule visits, conduct math assessments, and guide new families through the enrollment and onboarding processes
    • Ensure customer satisfaction (both parents and students) in areas such as student progress,attitude and engagement through all communication channels

  • Administrative Leadership:
    • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and administer assessments to identify learning gaps and create personalized learning plans
    • Manage student curriculum, update progress in the center system, and work with management on ensuring efficiency in center operation
  • Training & Development:
    • Manage instructional staff, provide coaching, and help improve team performance
    • Assume the roles for Instructor and Lead Instructor duties as needed, and manage all related tasks

  • Growth mentality and open to constructive feedback
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication(both written and oral), interpersonal skills and teamwork
  • Ability to work well with diverse groups of people
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, reliability, and efficiency
  • Prior experience in office management, and multi-tasking experience is a huge plus
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skill
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC ("Mathnasium"). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium.
