The Good Feet Store in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a motivated, performance-driven Store Manager who is eager to build a long-term career in sales and leadership.
This role is ideal for someone who is a quick learner, team-oriented, and brings a positive, "can-do" attitude to every interaction. You'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the store while helping customers improve their comfort and mobility.

What You'll Do
  • Lead all aspects of store operations, including performance, team morale, and daily execution
  • Drive sales and profitability by setting priorities and holding the team accountable to goals
  • Trains sales associates using company provided training material regarding product knowledge, store operations and performance goals
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Support store operations including systems processing, inventory management, and chargebacks
  • Conduct personalized, one-on-one consultations to uncover each customer's pain points, lifestyle needs, and goals
  • Demonstrate and fit customers with the right arch support solutions to improve comfort, alignment, and overall wellness
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store
  • Accurately complete sales transactions and maintain organized customer records
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build repeat business
  • Stay up to date on product features, benefits, and promotions

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in retail/sales
  • 1+ years of experience leading or managing a team
  • Proven customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, think critically, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
