Retail Store Manager

Summary

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales, service and store operations at ERIK'S. Working closely with the Store Management Team, this role ensures operational excellence, delivers exceptional customer experiences, and develops a high-performing staff.

The Store Manager plays a key role in driving results, maintaining standards, and fostering a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure entire Store Staff are operating on ERIK'S Rails
  • Ensure all customers receive the highest level of service. HTP.
  • Responsible all aspects of store operations

Additional Responsibilities

To successfully host the party, every retail team member must remain flexible to meet both customer and store needs. Regardless of your primary responsibilities, you are expected to step in and support wherever needed to drive the overall success of the business.
