Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and professional Store Manager to join the team at our busy store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently. You will hire, train, and supervise staff, schedule shifts, and implement operational processes that attract and retain guests. Successful Store Managers lead by example and uphold the highest standards in customer service. If you’re knowledgeable about store operations and have a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities 
  • Hire, train, and lead employees
  • Ability to follow organizational procedures and processes, comfortable coaching team and working hand in hand with team members to provide great customer experience.
  • Create or approve schedules
  • Manages and drives sales and margin through team
  • Is innovative and creative, always thinking of ways to increase sales, profits and build high performance culture.
  • Plan and execute sales, promotions, and events
  • Maintain information in the store and point of sale system
  • Oversee the receipt of products into inventory
  • Responsible for managing and executing overall store standards, policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Three years of previous retail management (Manager or Assistant Manager) is preferred
  • Previous sales experience with the proven ability to meet or exceed performance standards. Experience in managing a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent team building and leadership skills
  • Experience in management, business administration, or relevant field is preferred
