D amp;G Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Senior Program Analyst to support U.S. Transportation Command's
(USTRANSCOM) Contested Logistics Program. In this role, you will help strengthen the Joint Deployment and Distribution Enterprise (JDDE) by improving logistics processes, advancing knowledge management, and delivering data-driven insights that enhance operational readiness across the joint force. This is an opportunity to work directly with senior military leaders on mission-critical initiatives that support the nation's strategic mobility mission.
What You Will Do
  • Assist in identifying areas within the Joint Deployment and Distribution Enterprise (JDDE) that require improvements to enhance USTRANSCOMโ€™s ability to fulfill its responsibilities as outlined in Section 334 of the FY2026 NDAA.
  • Assist in identifying and providing actionable recommendations to address gaps between โ€œas-isโ€ practices and best practices. Assist the government in designing "to-be" processes.
  • Support logistics requirements analysis actions to identify and recommend solutions to known joint force logistics gaps.
  • Act as the primary knowledge manager, maintaining centralized repositories of critical program documentation.
  • Assist the program manager in tracking project milestones, developing and maintaining master schedules, and monitoring logistical deliverables for mission alignment.
  • Develop analytical applications, object views, and dashboards using platforms such as Palantir Foundry, Maven Smart System, or comparable tools (including Quiver, Slate, or Contour).
  • Integrate and visualize multi-source data using designated tools, translating complex logistics information into actionable insights and operational readiness metrics for senior commanders.
  • Perform additional program support duties as assigned.
What We Are Looking For
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience serving at a Combatant Command (CCMD) or Military Service Headquarters.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and knowledge management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.
Preferred
  • Experience supporting contested logistics or joint logistics operations.
  • Experience with Palantir Foundry, Maven Smart System, Quiver, Slate, Contour, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Experience developing dashboards, data visualizations, and executive-level briefings.
  • Familiarity with Joint Deployment and Distribution Enterprise (JDDE) operations.
Clearance and Eligibility
โ€ข Current Active Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.
โ€ข This role is restricted to U.S. citizens as defined under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
