Job description

We're looking for a Solutions Engineer to bridge the gap between our platform capabilities and customer needs. You'll work directly with engineering teams to help them understand, implement, and maximize the value of DevZero's Kubernetes optimization platform.

  • Partner with sales to provide technical expertise during the evaluation process
  • Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept deployments
  • Help customers design and implement optimization strategies
  • Create technical documentation, guides, and best practice recommendations
  • Gather customer feedback and work with product/engineering to improve the platform
  • Build relationships with technical stakeholders at customer organizations
  • 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of Kubernetes, containers, and cloud infrastructure
  • Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple customer engagements
  • Experience with FinOps or cloud cost optimization
  • Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD)
  • Background in DevOps or platform engineering
