Overview

US Conec is seeking a Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain software solutions that support manufacturing data management, process automation, and operational excellence. This role partners closely with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to build scalable applications, streamline data collection, and deliver technology solutions that drive efficiency and business performance.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack software applications using ASP.NET Core, Blazor (Server and WebAssembly), Entity Framework Core, and C#
  • Build intuitive user interfaces and robust backend services that support manufacturing operations and data management
  • Develop and enhance console applications and automation tools that improve productivity, reduce manual effort, and minimize operational errors
  • Design, implement, and maintain SQL Server databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability
  • Create, integrate, and support RESTful APIs to enable secure and efficient communication between business systems
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective software solutions
  • Optimize application performance, reliability, scalability, and security through established software engineering best practices
  • Develop and execute unit and integration testing strategies to ensure software quality and stability
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues while providing ongoing application support and enhancements
  • Participate in software architecture, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high development standards
  • Manage software development projects through the full application lifecycle, from design and implementation to deployment and maintenance
Must Haves
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of professional software development experience
  • Strong proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Core development
  • Experience developing modern web applications using Blazor and Razor Components
  • Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core and SQL Server database development
  • Experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software development best practices
  • Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing application performance
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly
Nice to Haves
  • Experience supporting manufacturing systems, production tracking applications, inspection systems, or quality management solutions
  • Knowledge of software architecture principles, including SOLID design principles, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and microservices architecture
