We work together to win, grow, and make a real impact-supported by a high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative environment where you can be your best, every day.

The Senior Manager, Software and Software Quality Engineering, leads a high-performing team of Software and QA engineers supporting both new development and sustaining efforts. This role drives the strategy, architecture, and execution of next-generation software platforms that power innovative, software-enabled hardware products.  Responsible for end-to-end leadership across the software development lifecycle, the Sr. Manager ensures scalable architectures, high-quality code, robust test automation, and predictable releases. • Provide hands-on technical leadership across the full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), including architecture, design, development, and deployment
  • Establish scalable architecture, API, and cloud-native development best practices to support modern software platforms
  • Lead development of software platforms supporting hardware NPD, including platform modernization and cloud integration to enable future SaaS capabilities
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of software and QA engineers, fostering collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence
  • Utilize known network of outside software agencies to help team scale software platforms
  • Drive execution of software initiatives with a focus on quality, reliability, and predictable delivery timelines
  • Ensure world-class performance and reliability across desktop, web, and mobile applications
  • Oversee comprehensive quality engineering practices, including test strategy, test case development, and execution across functional, regression, integration, system, and performance testing
  • Lead the design and implementation of automated test frameworks aligned with the development tech stack
  • Oversee sustaining engineering activities, including supporting integrations and maintaining performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction across existing software ecosystems
  • Partner cross-functionally with firmware, program management, marketing and front end innovation teams to align development with business objectives
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies, testing tools, and industry trends to continuously improve engineering and QA effectiveness

  • Experience scaling teams and building engineering capability
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire and develop teams
  • Proven record of delivering complex software products on schedule and within scope
  • Experience leading both new product development and sustaining engineering
  • Excellent communication skills combined with cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
