About Us

TheraPeds Partners is a Colorado based, therapist-owned and operated organization. We partner with our local schools to provide Speech Language Pathology (SLP) services to PreK-12 students nationwide. As a team of special education providers, we understand the education process, IDEA requirements, and the importance of collaboration within multidisciplinary teams. Our mission is to deliver high-quality Speech Language Pathology (SLP) services while making meaningful connections in a collaborative learning environment.

This is a part-time, on-site role as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) serving a school located in Highlands Ranch, CO. 

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will be responsible for providing therapy services to students, conducting assessments, developing IEP plans, evaluating progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (therapists, educators, parents). The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for working with students with special needs. 

Job Details

  • Part-time, 12-25 hours/week
  • 2026-2027 School year, August - May/June.
  • K - 12 grades 
  • CF-SLP placement available
  • Job Duties: direct therapy, consultation, evaluations, case management
  • Guaranteed Hours: including documentation, administrative and planning time
  • On-site, in person
  • Manageable caseloads
  • Dual support from the District and TheraPeds
  • $60 - $80+/hour ($1300-1900+/week)

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Master's or PhD degree from a Speech-Language Pathology program
  • State License as Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Department of Education Licensure as a SLP
  • National License: ASHA 
  • Licensing with the State Department of Education, where required
  • CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred
  • CF-SLP placement available
  • Experience working with children
  • Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in use of technology
  • Fingerprint background clearance
  • Ability to collaborate with school staff and parents with a demonstrated ability to exercise a high level of tact and discretion in both internal and external communications

Physical Requirements

Working and playing with students requires that employees must be able to perform the necessary physical movement functions, as needed, such as lifting, sitting, walking, standing, crawling, and engaging with students in all physical locations and activities, while adhering to the duties outlined by the district.
