Unit Notes *** Floating - could float to St Francis, St Clare, and St Anthony *** Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year. COVID VACCINE REQUIRED! ***** auto deducts the 1.75 WA state tax - you are able re-add that back in.

Department: SLP

# of patients treated per day 7-8 in Outpatient setting or combo of 4 OP's & 3-4 IP's

General Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.) BLS

Other Required certs for all SLP? Do they prefer or require CCC-SLP &/or CCC-A credential? CCC-SLP only (cannot accept CCC-A)

Common diagnosis / Types of patients OP's; post-concussion, CVA, TBI, Head & Neck CA, Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient? Acute IP at Lev. 2 Trauma Center; Certified Primary Stroke Center; Outpatient Dept. in hospital

What areas are they required to cover? InPatient & Outpatient

Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties: Independence in Bedside swallow eval & follow; Comm Eval & follow-up; Outpatient standardized test administration
