What is an SLP manager?

An SLP Manager is a professional who oversees speech-language pathology (SLP) services within a clinic, hospital, school, or other healthcare or educational setting. They are responsible for managing SLP staff, coordinating therapy schedules, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting clinical excellence. SLP Managers may also handle budgeting, staff training, and serve as a liaison between administration and clinical teams. This supportive leadership is crucial for maintaining high-quality patient care and employee satisfaction.
