Job description

Position Summary

The Outpatient Rehabilitation Program is seeking a full-time occupational therapist to join our supportive team of skilled clinicians. Responsibilities would include patient centered treatment for patients with neurological diagnoses, maintaining appropriate records, working cooperatively with other members of the health care team and institution to provide optimal care. We have a clinical ladder program recognizing expertise and providing opportunities for advancement, with associated compensation.

We have a dynamic outpatient clinic providing care to a primarily neurological population. MAH utilizes advanced neurological equipment including a Vector body weight support system, the Bioness L300 and H200 systems, and the Saebo One Stim. We provide patient-centered care with an interdisciplinary team with frequent communication with team members, including onsite PCPs, Physiatry, Pediatrics, Neurology, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy.

Qualifications

Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy Program. Must demonstrate effective oral communication skills and overall professional behavior.

Licensure & Certifications

Certification and current licensure in the State of Vermont.
