• Patient Ratios : 4:1
• Unit staffing description- 10 OT/PT teams; 3 speech therapists; 1 tech
• Type of equipment : Sara Lifts, Ceiling Lifts; Bioness; Diego
• Documentation system: Meditech Expanse
• Scheduling requirements: M-F; 8 hour shifts between 7am-5pm; weekends rotate
• Floating policy: May float to acute hospital if rehab census is low
• Patient Experience requirements: Use of AIDET communication and immediate service recovery

• Certifications: Joint Commission Stroke Certification

Hiring profile Requested Skill Set:
Must have : Hospital and Inpatient Rehab experience preferred; Stroke evaluation and treatment
Advanced skills needed: NA
Procedures performed on unit: Manual therapy for neuro re-ed; therapeutic exercise, functional activity, neuromuscular re-ed; self-care; functional e.stim.
Certifications Required: NA
Dress Code : (Required uniform)Black scrub bottoms and royal blue top preferred
