As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that task are completed on time, and all shift are covered at all time . This role requires effective communication with contractors, team members, to facilitate smooth operations on-site.
Responsibilities
Manage daily operations on the security site, ensuring adherence to schedules and deadlines.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the security officer on your site.
Implement safety protocols by OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
Foster a collaborative environment by communicating effectively with all security staff and the client.
All supervisors required to cover all shifts in case of call off or emergency
