Site Supervisor - $25.00/hr

Location: Milford, MA

Schedule: Saturday/Sunday, 4:00PM - 12:00AM

A Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily security operations at assigned client sites. This includes supervising personnel, ensuring adherence to post orders, and maintaining a high standard of safety and professionalism. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers, ensuring all duties are performed in accordance with post orders and company policies.

Training & Development: Train new and existing staff, review post procedures, and ensure team readiness.

Scheduling & Coverage: Coordinate shift coverage and ensure all posts are staffed appropriately.

Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives, addressing concerns and ensuring service excellence.

Incident Management: Respond to emergencies, conduct investigations, and file detailed reports.

Performance Management: Coach, discipline, and evaluate staff performance; document actions and escalate as needed.

Patrolling & Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections and patrols to ensure safety and compliance.

Administrative Support: Assist with payroll, personnel documentation, and report submissions.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Minimum 2 years of security or supervisory experience required.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Proficient in intermediate computer use and report writing.

Reliable transportation and communication, valid driver's license is required.

Experience training and onboarding new hires preferred.
