Part-Time Site Supervisor - Milford, MA

Schedule: Saturday/Sunday, 8:00AM - 4:00PM

Pay Rate: $25.00/hr

A Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily security operations at assigned client sites. This includes supervising personnel, ensuring adherence to post orders, and maintaining a high standard of safety and professionalism. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

· Team Leadership: Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers, ensuring all duties are performed in accordance with post orders and company policies.

· Training & Development: Train new and existing staff, review post procedures, and ensure team readiness.

· Scheduling & Coverage: Coordinate shift coverage and ensure all posts are staffed appropriately.

· Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives, addressing concerns and ensuring service excellence.

· Incident Management: Respond to emergencies, conduct investigations, and file detailed reports.

· Performance Management: Coach, discipline, and evaluate staff performance; document actions and escalate as needed.

· Patrolling & Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections and patrols to ensure safety and compliance.

· Administrative Support: Assist with payroll, personnel documentation, and report submissions.

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or GED required.

· Minimum 2 years of security or supervisory experience.

· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

· Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

· Proficient in intermediate computer use and report writing.

· Reliable transportation and communication.

· Valid driver's license required.
