Pay: $18.00/hour
Position Responsibilities:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for providing support to the Site Manager by serving as a second layer of supervision to site employees such as the Vehicle Service Agents (VSA), Driver/Transporters and Leads, by managing employee performance, productivity, training, scheduling and providing guidance based on adherence to job standards and policies.
  • Create a consistent flow of communicate from the Site Manager and customer to employees responsible for execution of tasks.
  • Ensure productivity standards and benchmarks are met in assigned location.
  • Complete required paperwork related to productivity standards.
  • Coach and mentor new employees.
  • Cover for Site Manager on days off and carry out tasks a directed.
  • Cover driver/transporters, leads and VSA’s when needed to fulfill customer needs.
  • Interact with customer and attend meetings with customer as needed.
  • Maintain strong customer service, both internally and externally.
  • Monitor employees to make sure they are staying on task and performing their jobs safely.
  • Observe and provide guidance based on adherence to job standards and policies.
  • Coach, counsel and discipline employees when necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Applicant must meet our minimum hiring age, have a valid state issued Driver's License with satisfactory driving record.
  • Prior driving experience required.
  • Must pass a background check, drug screening and driver safety skills test.
  • Ideal applicants have open availability, a great work ethic, and are dependable.
