Overview

Description: The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic and consultative partner to leadership. This role supports operations by aligning people strategies with patient care priorities, workforce needs, regulatory expectations, and organizational goals. The HRBP provides guidance across employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, retention, engagement, change management, compliance, leadership coaching and conducts interactive processes with employees to determine ADA compliance and reasonable accommodations. Investigates and resolves complex or critical employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications

Education/formal training/licensure/certification/experience:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, or another related field required.
  • Current SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of prior HR business partner experience in a hospital system, academic medical center, or large multi-site healthcare organization required.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Title VII, workplace accommodation processes, wage and hour practices, and related compliance requirements.
