Job description

A member of the Human Resources division leadership team, assists in setting priorities, defining division goals, and developing a unified strategic plan, while overseeing the day-to-day benefits functions of the Human Resources department.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting or related degree required OR 10+ years of progressive HR experience in lieu of degree
  • SPHR/SHRM SCP Certification preferred
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in benefit design, development, and implementation required
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the analysis of benefit usage required
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, decision-making, project planning and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, e-mail, Word, and PowerPoint, and internet explorer
  • Demonstrated successful communication skills & leadership skills
  • Knowledge of pertinent federal and state regulations, filings, and compliance requirements affecting employee benefit programs
