Elevate Business Solutions, a wholly owned CUSO (Credit Union Service Organization) of Park City Credit Union, is seeking a Business Solutions Manager to help local businesses, credit unions, and organizations grow through HR consulting, leadership development, and practical business solutions. If you enjoy building relationships, supporting clients, and making a difference in your community, we'd love to hear from you.
Summary: The Business Solutions Manager supports the growth, client service and operations of Elevate Business Solutions. This role combines business development, client relationship management, HR consulting support, marketing, project coordination, vendor management, and operational administration.
Core services include: strategic HR planning and workforce assessments; employee engagement and culture building; vendor coordination or referrals for benefits, payroll, legal, or HR compliance needs; recruitment and onboarding support; leadership and training development.
The position develops client and partner relationships, supports HR-related service delivery, coordinates resources and implementation activities, promotes Elevate services, and contributes to business planning, reporting, and operational success.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Three years of experience in human resources, business development, client service, account management, project management, operations, marketing, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of HR practices, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll/HRIS concepts, and compliance awareness.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn HR, payroll, marketing, and reporting systems.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings, networking events, and professional development activities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or related certification.
  • Experience with HR consulting, outsourced HR services, client relationship management, or professional services.
  • Experience with Paylocity or comparable HRIS/payroll systems.
  • Experience working with credit unions, financial institutions, or small businesses.
  • Experience creating marketing content, presentations, educational materials, newsletters, social media content, or website updates.
