  • Assist with medication cycle fill processes and supply ordering
  • Support the Health Services Director and nursing leadership with operational and administrative needs

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of clerical or administrative experience
  • Two years of scheduling, staffing coordination, healthcare, or direct patient care experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and solve problems effectively
  • Professional communication skills and commitment to confidentiality
  • Genuine interest in working with older adults and supporting resident care

What Sets You Apart

  • Experience in senior living, healthcare staffing, or workforce scheduling
  • Knowledge of Dayforce or similar workforce management systems
