What are some common challenges faced when implementing the Shipley Proposal Process within a proposal team?

One common challenge is ensuring consistent understanding and adoption of each stage of the Shipley Proposal Process across team members, especially if some are less familiar with structured proposal methodologies. Collaboration can be complex, as the process requires close coordination between subject matter experts, writers, and reviewers to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
