Proposal Manager
The Ascendancy Group's Mission

Join a highly skilled team of TAG-Headquarters' professionals through managing the proposal process.
Overview
As a TAG Proposal Manager, you will handle every aspect of the proposal process. In this role you will work collaboratively with TAG departments to deliver quality proposals on time that meet government requirements.
Security Requirement
โ€ข The ability to obtain and maintain a US Government SECRET security clearance is required.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage proposal efforts to include:
    • Create and manage proposal volume.
    • Identify proposal team roles and responsibilities.
    • Create, and adhere to a schedule for all proposal deliverables.
    • Facilitate proposal team communications and sync meetings.
    • Identify and correct compliance issues in proposal text, editing and formatting all written proposal verbiage, and
    • Assist the team in developing winning proposal solutions.
  • Review, edit, and format internal TAG communications and work products as needed.

Qualifications and Skills
  • 5-7 years of technical writing and proposal management experience spanning the intelligence community, other federal, civil, commercial, and special operations forces (SOF) organizations (Preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in English
  • Shipley proposal training (preferred)
