European Wax Center, the premiere speed waxing franchise in the beauty industry, is hiring a front desk sales associate. EWC is locally owned and operated by an involved female entrepreneur with more than ten years' experience in the beauty industry. We promote a professional, positive and fun work culture! We are a small, tight-knit staff looking for an A+ addition to our team.
What you'll be doing:
  • Greeting guests with a smile and helping them check in and out.
  • Answering phone calls and booking appointments.
  • Helping out with sales and explaining our services.
  • Keeping the front area clean, neat and organized.
  • Working with the team to make sure every guest has a 5-star experience.

The Scoop: The front desk associate position is responsible for providing a lasting and engaging experience for our guests by booking reservations, checking guests in and out, and selling wax passes and products.
We Prefer: experience in sales, customer service, & retail. A candidate who is goal-oriented and comfortable with set sales goals.
Must Have: reliable transportation and flexible schedule. Must work one Saturday or Sunday every weekend. Week nights are required. AM shift is 8 AM to 2 PM and PM shift is 2 PM to 8 PM. Saturday shift is 8 AM to 5 PM. Sunday shift is 9:30 AM to 6 PM.
