As the face of the hotel, you'll play a key role in creating memorable first impressions and delivering exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out. What You'll Do

  • Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Complete guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly
  • Assist guests with reservations, room requests, and special accommodations
  • Process guest payments and maintain accurate billing records
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and work toward positive resolutions
  • Maintain accurate guest information and room assignments
  • Provide information regarding hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
