Arbon Equipment Service Coordinator

Rite-Hite Service Coordinators serve as the key conduit between our customers and our sales and service departments. Working with customers in an assigned area, the Service Coordinator assists customers and sales personnel who call in to request service and schedules and dispatches Service Technicians and contractors to complete the work. In addition, this position is responsible for ordering parts, products, and equipment, coordinating shipment and installation, ensuring accurate invoicing, and reviewing completed jobs and analyzing profitability. Required Experience: Rite-Hite sells the best, and we hire the best. This position requires a minimum of one year of related experience, prior experience in a field service environment is preferred. In addition, the Service Coordinator must have good attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball. Strong communication and customer service skills are also essential.
