Service Coordinator

Pay Range: $15 - $28 hourly, depending on experience

Checkered Flag Automotive Group is looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA!

What We Need

  • Self-motivated individuals

What Our Service Coordinators Do

  • Answer all calls inbound to the Service Department, schedule appointments and provide assistance appropriate to the caller’s needs
  • Coordinate customer’s vehicle service appointments, including scheduling and coordinating loaner or rental vehicles, as applicable
  • Monitor scheduled reservations, contacting no-shows daily to reschedule

Your Pre-Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Must be able to walk, bend, and sit for extended periods of time
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CDK
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
