Our mission is rooted in agility, scalability, and a commitment to exceeding expectations, ensuring impactful results for our clients and communities.
Position Summary
Navaide is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a strategic Department of Defense program supporting enterprise business and technology transformation.
This role is responsible for successful program delivery, client satisfaction, financial performance, and team leadership while serving as a trusted partner to senior government stakeholders. The ideal candidate is an exceptional delivery leader who enjoys building relationships, solving complex challenges, and identifying opportunities to create additional value for clients.
This position offers a unique opportunity for a high-performing leader to grow beyond traditional program management. As the account expands, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility for client strategy, business growth, and portfolio leadership.
What You'll Do
  • Lead all aspects of program execution, including delivery, staffing, financial performance, risk management, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build trusted relationships with government stakeholders and serve as Navaide's primary day-to-day program lead.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering complex business and technology transformation initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes through innovation, process improvement, and emerging technologies.
  • Support account growth by recognizing new opportunities, contributing to capture activities, and expanding Navaide's footprint within the client organization.

  • Partner with Navaide leadership to shape long-term account strategy and prepare for future growth.

What We're Looking For
  • 8-12+ years of experience leading complex federal programs or enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams, budgets, schedules, and customer relationships.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills.
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense or Federal Civilian agencies.
  • Experience delivering enterprise business systems, digital transformation, ERP, data, or technology modernization initiatives.
  • Ability to think strategically while maintaining operational excellence.
  • Active Secret Clearance, or the ability to obtain one.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting the U.S. Navy or Department of Defense.
  • Experience with enterprise business systems, ERP, digital transformation, or organizational change management.
  • PMP, Agile, SAFe, SAP, or other relevant professional certifications.

Why Navaide?
At Navaide, we believe our leaders should grow alongside our business. This role is designed for someone who wants more than simply managing a contract-it is an opportunity to become a trusted client advisor, influence strategic outcomes, and grow into broader leadership responsibilities as our business expands. If you're looking to build your career while helping shape the future of our clients and our company, we'd love to meet you.
