  • Contribute to larger enterprise transformation initiatives while independently managing smaller process improvement projects.

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrable experience delivering business process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC or comparable methodologies.

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferable

  • Strong experience conducting root cause analysis, process mapping and current-state/future-state analysis.

  • Excellent analytical skills with experience collecting, interpreting and using data to drive improvement decisions.

  • Experience working in a business analyst or process improvement capacity, with the confidence to question existing ways of working and challenge constructively.

  • Proven ability to manage improvement work using structured project management disciplines.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple business functions.

  • Experience using process mapping and project management tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, JIRA or Microsoft Project.
