Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, and they are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead engagements and manage workflows. This role involves tracking project progress, liaising with stakeholders, and creating summary decks for management review.
Responsibilities:
• Track the project progress and share the updates with stakeholders
• Create SteerCo and ExCo summery deck for management review/action
• KPIs and Metrics: track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of projects and report on decks for senior reporting
• Act as a point of contact between project managers, leadership, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Senior Program Manager / Program Lead with 10+ years' experience in leading engagements
• Expertise in managing workflows, Agentic AI projects, Sql knowledge
• Track the project progress and share the updates with stakeholders
• Past Managerial and leading experience is must
• Ability to explain functional/ technical details
• Excellent communication and articulation skills
• Ability to manage Senior stakeholders.
• Create SteerCo and ExCo summery deck for management review/action.
• KPIs and Metrics: track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of projects and report on decks for senior reporting.
• Liaising and Stakeholders: Act as a point of contact between project managers, leadership, and other stakeholders.
