About the Opportunity
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization in the aerospace industry to identify an experienced Aerospace Program Manager . This role serves as the primary point of contact for key aerospace customers, ensuring successful program execution through proactive communication, problem-solving, and collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong customer relationships, and has experience managing aerospace programs, customer accounts, or supply chain-related activities.
What You'll Do
  • Manage day-to-day support for key aerospace customer accounts.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Troubleshoot quality, delivery, compliance, and supply chain issues.
  • Monitor inventory levels and program performance related to long-term customer agreements.
  • Maintain customer schedules and program information through customer portals.
  • Interpret sourcing information and technical documentation to obtain supplier quotations.
  • Prepare and provide customer quotations while ensuring compliance with applicable intellectual property and regulatory requirements.
  • Expedite critical customer orders and coordinate with vendors to meet delivery commitments.
  • Review customer purchase orders, contracts, and terms and conditions.
  • Coordinate customer return requests and help resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
  • Communicate program status and critical information to customers and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent experience required.
  • Proven experience in aerospace program/account management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of aerospace industry standards and regulations
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
