What You’ll Do

As a Senior Paralegal, you’ll play a critical role in each file from intake through trial, including:

· Drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence

· Managing cases inside a popular CRM, with strong attention to detail

· Coordinating e-filings and ensuring compliance with county-specific and court-specific local rules

· Supporting attorneys with trial preparation, evidence organization, and deadlines

· Communicating professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff

· Applying working knowledge of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure

· Taking initiative and ownership over your caseload with minimal hand-holding

What We’re Looking For

· 7+ years of Texas law paralegal experience (senior-level)

· TBLS Board Certified Paralegal (BCP) strongly preferred

· Excellent drafting, organization, and case-management skills

· High level of professionalism and discretion

· Comfortable working in a fully digital environment

· Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred
