We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal Supervisor to foster a culture of professional growth and mentorship within our support team. The ideal candidate will combine deep procedural knowledge with exceptional people management skills to lead our dedicated staff, ensuring a high-functioning environment where both staff and attorneys thrive.
Position Summary:
The Paralegal Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the paralegal department, including workload distribution, mentoring, training, and performance management. This role ensures quality support for our attorneys while maintaining firm standards, compliance, and procedural efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, mentor, and train a team of paralegals.
  • Assign tasks, balance workloads, and manage scheduling to meet deadlines.
  • Develop and implement standardized procedures for document management, discovery, and trial prep.
  • Act as a liaison between paralegals and partners to optimize workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with court rules and ethical standards across all work products.
Qualifications:
  • Paralegal certificate preferred.
  • Minimum 7+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a law firm environment.
  • Deep knowledge of Construction Defect and Personal Injury procedures, eDiscovery tools, and e-filing systems (federal/state).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
