As a Senior Consulting Services Consultant, you will implement and customize Eclipse solutions for our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their businesses are optimized. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality services and achieving satisfaction benchmarks. We are seeking applicants with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of Eclipse solutions.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Coach and mentor PS Consultants ensuring consistent and high standards of service delivery.

  • Implement Eclipse solutions to meet client requirements.

  • Customize and configure Eclipse software according to client specifications.

  • Conduct training sessions and provide support for clients.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and needs.

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service quality.

  • Achieve and exceed project goals and timelines.

  • Continuously learn and apply new features and functionalities of Eclipse software.

What You Will Likely Bring:
  • 5+ years of applicable Epicor Eclipse software experience.

  • Strong knowledge of and/or demonstrated success in the distribution industry.

  • 3+ year of consulting experience preferred.

  • Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).

  • Ability to travel up to 60%.
