  • End-to-End Onboarding Management: Orchestrate all attached product onboardings and lead comprehensive employee education sessions to ensure high adoption and value realization.
  • Strategic Service Evolution: Partner closely with Senior Leaders in Service Delivery and Strategy to identify areas of customer friction to supply documented recommendations on product improvements and service workflows.
  • On-the-Ground Consultation: Provide high-touch, "white-glove" assistance directly within customer business offices when necessary to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 8+ years in high-touch software implementation, management consulting, or professional services.
  • Accounting Expertise: 8+ years experience and deep subject matter expertise in accounting principles, specifically regarding multi-entity structures and complex financial reporting.
  • Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate customer friction into actionable product and process improvements.
  • Project Leadership: A track record of driving multi-party workstreams where external consultants and internal stakeholders must stay perfectly aligned.
  • Travel Readiness: Ability to travel 10%–25% of the time to engage directly with clients on-site.
  • The "Polish" Factor: Exceptional presence and communication skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive partner dynamics and act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders.
