Salary range: $193,037.04 to $328,162.96 per year

How you'll make an impact in this role
  • Lead the Corporate Strategy team's growth priorities across the enterprise to drive strategic market expansion and large scale business transformation.
  • Build advanced frameworks and methodologies for the Corporate Strategy team to evaluate market entry, capital planning, and access opportunities across National and Ministry Market settings.
  • Support executive leadership in the design and evaluation of strategic growth initiatives including capital project assessments and volume forecasting to ensure alignment with organizational vision.
  • Oversee the execution and performance management of growth imperatives while monitoring monthly business performance and progress to plan across all markets.
  • Incorporate complex industry and competitive intelligence into strategy design to ensure Ascension remains proactive and resilient within the evolving healthcare landscape.
What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experiencerequired, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor'sdegree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those yearsbeing in leadership/management.
What additional requirements you'll need
  • Leverage extensive experience in healthcare consulting or corporate strategy to develop and execute enterprise-wide initiatives within large, complex healthcare organizations.
  • Demonstrate exceptional critical thinking and organizational skills to create structure from ambiguous information while managing multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to influence stakeholders and communicate concise, compelling strategic recommendations to executive and senior leadership.
