About the Role
Aquent is partnering with a leading global apparel retailer to hire a Sample Coordinator supporting the Public Relations team. This six-month onsite contract role is responsible for coordinating product samples for editors, influencers, media partners, and internal teams while managing inventory, shipments, and sample operations in a fast-paced fashion environment.
What You'll Do
  • Coordinate daily product sample requests through warehouse and internal systems
  • Track requests from intake through delivery and communicate status updates
  • Coordinate urgent store pulls and cross-functional sample borrowing
  • Manage long-lead sample ordering and seeding calendars
  • Prepare and package shipments for editors, influencers, and media
  • Maintain accurate sample inventory and organize the sample closet
  • Update inventory grids and shipment records
  • Troubleshoot shipping and vendor issues
